These terms apply to your use of the Noor Lanka website. By using the site or submitting an enquiry through it, you accept them.

Product descriptions on this website are general information about the products we handle enquiries for. They are not an offer to sell, and they do not form part of any contract.

Product grades, sizes, packaging, minimum order quantities, certifications, documentation, shipment methods, timelines and availability are confirmed during the enquiry and quotation process. Where this website shows those fields as available upon request or subject to confirmation, that is because they have not been fixed in advance.

A quotation issued by Noor Lanka states the products, quantities, packaging, delivery terms and validity period that apply to it. Only a written quotation, and any order confirmation issued against it, creates a commercial commitment.

Prices, availability and delivery arrangements are subject to change until a quotation is issued and accepted within its validity period.

Export availability depends on the product, destination-country regulations, import requirements, documentation and shipping arrangements. The buyer is responsible for confirming that the products they order may lawfully be imported into the destination market, and for any import duties, taxes, licences and clearance obligations there.

Images on this website are illustrative. Actual product appearance varies by season, grade and packing format, and is confirmed during the enquiry process.

The Noor Lanka name, logo, text and design of this website belong to Noor Lanka or its licensors. You may not reproduce them for commercial use without written permission.

This website is provided as it is. We take care to keep it accurate, but we do not warrant that it is free of errors or that it will be available without interruption. To the extent permitted by law, Noor Lanka is not liable for loss arising from reliance on general website content, as distinct from the terms of an issued quotation or confirmed order.

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and disputes relating to them fall to the courts of Sri Lanka, unless a signed contract between the parties provides otherwise.
