This policy explains how Noor Lanka handles information collected through this website. It applies to the enquiry forms, the contact details you send us and the standard technical data your browser provides when you visit.

When you submit an enquiry we collect the details you enter: your name, company name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, country, destination port or city, the product and quantity you are interested in, packaging and shipment preferences, and any message you add.

We do not ask for payment card details, identity documents or any other sensitive information through this website.

We use your details for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, if it progresses, to prepare a quotation and coordinate the resulting order. We may contact you by email, phone or WhatsApp using the details you provide.

We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your agreement.

Enquiry details are received by our team by email. Where an order proceeds, relevant details may be shared with the parties needed to fulfil it — for example freight forwarders, clearing agents or documentation providers — and only to the extent required.

We may also share information where we are required to do so by law.

Enquiry correspondence is retained for as long as it is commercially useful, and for any period required by applicable record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

This website uses only the cookies necessary for the site to function. If analytics or advertising tools are added in future, this policy will be updated before they are enabled.

Our contact page embeds a Google Maps frame so you can locate our address. Google may set its own cookies and collect data when that frame loads, under Google's own privacy terms.

You can ask us to correct or delete the information you have sent us, or ask what we hold. Email us and we will respond.
